We offer flexible cancellation with 72 hours advance notice. Cancel less than 3 days in advance and a minimum fee of 2 staff hours will apply.

We recommend clients or a representative be present at both your current and new office when possible to answer questions. Not all contact is required though.
Canada Post Mail Forwarding, your bank/credit cards, insurance providers, utility accounts like gas, power, internet & cable, driver’s license/vehicle registration, CRA, phone/cell, and any third-party services or subscriptions.
Just number all boxes & ensure they are sealed/taped. We bring our blankets, moving equipment, tools and truck. Leave hangers in closets and appliances plugged in. Set aside valuables not being moved.
For maximum protection, yes we recommend emptying drawers – clothing left inside could shift and damage itself or the furniture during transit.
Back up computers and delicate electronics, then pack them in original boxes when possible. Keep cables with devices. We cannot be responsible for lost data or repairs unless due to proven negligence.
